Emily-Ann Belton

Emily-Ann is the 4th generations Belton to work at Citizens Transfer & Storage Co., Inc. She has worked exclusively at Citizens Business Archives. She started in April 2017 as a driver and she has worked her way up within the company and she is currently the Operations Manager. She is the fastest indexer in the company and she would say it is her specialty! Internal indexing is identifying every file inside of the carton and put the pertinent information into the software system to track every file in the customer’s account. She also does external indexing which is the data on the outside of the carton that is put into our software system to track the cartons. Emily-Ann is responsible for receiving orders over the phone, email or fax. She develops the daily schedules, creates workorders for the delivery or pickups and she creates the customers box and file lists. Emily-Ann is trained to do everything, drive the trucks, the pickers, do deliveries and pickups, answer the phone and gain access to any information necessary from the software for the customer.
